Arcane Tides is a fantasy style roleplaying MUD. It was developed from the mud "Tides of Darkness" which was around in the early 2000's and the mud "Ritual Sacrifice" which was around in the early 1990's. Choose from 15 races each with their own stat and resistance bonuses and 10 custom developed guilds. Some of the guilds rely on fighting ability such as fighters and rangers while some are spell oriented such as mages. The MUD is newbie friendly but does include playing killing with an outlaw/deputy system. If you like roleplaying and fantasy environments and enjoy joining parties and levelling characters then this is the MUD for you!
