Teenagers From Outer Space MUX (TFOS)

Alien Contact. Something Humans have long dreamed of. The knowledge that we are no longer alone in this great big Universe. The ability to communicate with species so much more advanced than us, exchange ideas, and live in harmony with the Universe.

This MUX has nothing to do with that.

WAKE UP! Earth has been discovered by Aliens and their teenagers are enrolled in our schools, shopping in our malls, and eating the same fast food. High School is never going to be the same again. Tribbles are going to date your kid sister and silicon based life forms are going to poke at lunch and wonder exactly what the heck it is. Wait a sec...perhaps it won't be so different after all.

You'll find yourself partying down with Near Humans & Real Weirdies, have epic adventures battling the Alien Control Officers and defeating the Xerox copies from Neptune while finishing your homework on time so you can go out Friday night. You thought dragons were tough? Wait until you meet the Vice Principal.

Teenagers From Outer Space MUX is based on the popular Anime/Silly RPG by R. Talsorian Games. It is a pure Roleplaying MUX with RP enforced.

TFOS is...unique. At times it's a disorganized, orderly chaos where you can't tell left from right unless you ask the mailbox. So that's the way my review will be...unique.

TFOS is a wonderful action/comedy MUX. I assure you there's nothing like it, at least not so far as I've seen. Nearly every plot ends up being funny and enjoyable for everyone involved. If you're looking for a MU* to randomly destroy stuff, you've got the wrong place. However, if you're willing to put a little effort into having fun, we want you!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Unlike some MU*, they don't act all snobbish. The players are great as well; if one of the staff doesn't answer immediately, one of the players usually will (be ready for some interesting and/or funny replies that may not have anything to do with your question).

Once you're through with chargen and 'on the grid' (IC), you're sure to run into some interesting experiences. Talking cat? Yep. Talking oranges? Yep. Goblins that destroy the local diner? Yep. Running across The Principal's squad of elite ninjas? That too. Then... there's school. The bane of every teen's existence. Dodge classes, blow up lockers, try to discover what's in the mystery meat at lunch (I suggest you skip the last one...) all while trying to avoid the Vice-Principal. I'm sure you'll discover many other things to do as well.

Though it won't be non-stop action, you're sure to have a good time if you try out TFOS. Why don't you stop by and take a look?
