Illusions of the mind is a great mud! We have a lot of friendly
helpful people. It's not too hard to get started, and there's a lot
of content to enjoy.
Right now we have many old players who have returned and new players
who have joined us. The rp environment is kicking back into gear.
We have been having unique immortal run quests, where everyone gets
to participate at least once a week. Player interaction is always a
fun important part of the game.
There are a number of guilds that you can rp your way into, like
Gypsies, Teachers (Sage), Magicians Circle (Darentha), Chaotic
Fighters (Strife) to name just a few. To me, being included in fun
rp with the great bunch of people we have here is great. Also, no
worries if you are totally new to it and don't know what you are
doing! Just come have fun and you will catch on. And Sages
(teachers) just love helping people out to figure out what to do.
I'm one of the older players. I started playing almost ten years
ago, but then I was away almost five years. Wow, it doesn't seem
that long! Anyways, it was really neat to come back last month and
see all the friendly faces of returning players and new faces! I
hope you will come join us and have fun! (Psst, its waaaay better
for rp than those graphical rpgs! And we still have pk and pve just
like them).
