I've played IotM since my days in high school, and it is one of the few
MUDs to which I have consistently returned. The MUD and the staff have
undergone a number of recent changes as we begin a near-relaunch, and
IotM's goals have probably never been higher. We strongly encourage RP
and creativity. Guilds, clans, and societies are constantly springing
up and fading away as the history of the game changes.
The best aspect of IotM, though, is the pbase. There's a great deal of
camaraderie and fun to be had there, as players who have been around
for 10 years can attest.
