The following review is the opinion of the review's author [Kaemgen]

There's a lot to like about The Inquisition if you like to roleplay.
The theme/world is deep and complex and allows for a lot of different
and interesting characters to play and situations to encounter.
There's really quite a bit to do, with guilds to join and shops to
manage and various crafts to master. There's magic, too, but most of
the world (and the very powerful church) considers it an evil
abomination that must be stopped.
Right now, probably the biggest problem facing The Inquisition is a
lack of players. The place is almost always more fun when there are a
lot of people logged on. Admittedly, because the world is so deep and
complex, learning everything that needs to be learned might seem a
daunting task to a new player. Fortunately, the players we have are
generally extremely nice, and the staff is always very helpful and
responsive. If a new player makes a mistake in their RP, it certainly
won't be held against them!
It's important to note that The Inquisition is a roleplay-enforced
MUD without things like defined classes and levels. Virtually all
progress a character makes is through RP, so it really isn't a place
for someone looking solely for a place to kill mobiles, etc. However,
if roleplay is your thing, please check The Inquisition out.
