Hi, I'm the sole owner/operator of The Vortex. While I've been on a
brief hiatus for the past 4 months, I'm back and improving things
daily again! The MUD has enough PVE to let you get a feeling of
accomplishment for developing your character, but PVP is, of course,
the overall goal :).
There's no cheating admins (I'm the only admin! :D) and I'm a
pretty fair and easygoing guy. We've got 10 classes to choose from,
each unique in its own way, and side venues for character building,
too, past just having a class and nothing else.
If you're looking for a great MUD with a fairly active admin, come
try us out -- all we're missing is you!
