I have played a lot of muds and I must say that my visit to Project
Bob exceeded my expectations. I was only there for a day or so before
a code update was implemented, and it was not the usual bug fixes that
I'm so accustomed to elsewhere. These were real improvements and from
what I've read in their news posts, this happens regularly.
This mud is by far the most player-friendly that I've seen. I logged
in to discover free portal, free identification of items, quests from
the very beginning of the game, and no 'maxxing out' your character
because they have almost limitless levels. I really enjoyed their
group leveling system and could almost always find a group when I
wanted to join one. There was also a lot to do on my own, especially
my favorite, questing!
If you're looking for a game that is based on fun, look no farther,
this is definitely it.
