Being a Mudder on a PK MUD has it's pros and cons, but there are
many benefits in playing a MUD that ISN'T focused on getting ahead by
killing your fellow players. I found Drogon to be extremely
challenging with well created puzzles that provide you with a true
sense of achievement once you have figured them out!
When I joined I was greeted straight away by helpful Wizards and
Witches who are extremely friendly. Some MUD's Wizzes can make you
feel intimidated...not the case here. In a short space of time I felt
very much at home in this new land. Only downside is the lack of
abbreviations. I suppose I may have gotten lazy by getting used to
being able to 'g ls' as opposed to 'get longsword' but this game
isn't designed for speed...good for the slower typers!
