When I first started playing DB:I, I thought it was just going to be
another 'routine' time-kill, but as I began to play more and more, I
noticed it was very different from other Dragonball type MUDs. With
many unique skills, items, and players, DB:I is a genuinely fun MUDing
experience.
The players are very newbie-friendly, offering help with areas, such
as 'Where is the scouter shop?' or 'Is there a trigger phrase for
this NPC?' There are also many quests, such as the Forgotten Eras
quest, which takes place in a battle worn planets past. Also there is
the Instant Destruction quest, in which the Yardratians reach out for
your help to stop the evil Baal from destroying the universe with the
power of Instant Transmission.
The rules of this MUD are very basic, but some may call them
'strict' as to how they are enforced. I was banned recently, which
was a very tragic experience for me *sniffle*, but I still think about
the players to this day. Many of the people I knew were really cool.
There are alot of funny players, anime-loving players, and
rum-obsessed player(s).
DragonBall: Infinity also offers awesome RPing, with some admin-run
events, and admin-assisted RPing, in which an admin may RP as an NPC
to help you deepen your storyline. In order to RP(roleplay) you must
first have an admin authorize your bio, just to make sure you don't
stink up the CHAT, CHAT OOC, and ROLEPLAY channels.
