The following review is the opinion of the review's author [Zakaroth] and in no way represents the opinions of this website or its staff.

Dragonball Infinity, simply put, is the best dragonball Z mud in the
world. It used to be that Dragonball Z World: Reloaded could claim
that title, and I for one thought it would be difficult to find a mud
to place that home when I found out it was gone. But I am happy to say
that Dragonball Infinity is a worthy successor to that title. Now to
tell you why!

Dragonball Infinity has a huge universe to explore- many planets,
many areas, and many items, all of which are useful, and all of which
are exciting. In my time at the mud I have been astounded by the
variety of equipment there is to collect, the amount of places there
are to explore, and the friendly attitude of the players in helping
newbies to settle into this gigantic universe. Of course, there are
also a variety of clans, all with in-game rivalries, and roleplaying
goals.

Speaking of roleplaying, this is probably the biggest draw of the
game to me, there is an amazing variety of rewards available for your
hard-earned roleplay points which, unlike some places, seem to be
given out quite regularly for quality roleplaying. The atmosphere in
roleplaying is relaxed, and fighting, though it is a major draw, is
not by any means the only thing to do. When it does happen, however,
the willingness of the RP staff to allow players to use exciting
attacks from their own imagination is a great boon.

Another huge original feature of this game is the custom 'Signature
Attack', to allow some of the RP creativeness to spill over into the
game, spending those hard-earned RPP, you can create your own attack
within the game. This is the first time I've seen this, and it is
very well implimented.

As though that wasn't enough, there is even a ranking system in
place for each individual race, allowing powerful characters to claim
recognition amongst members of the same species. There are plans for
each rank to grant a special bonus, which has already been implimented
in several races, yet another draw to the game.

As well as this, although there is no limit on power, I have never
found this daunting. It is true that to reach the higher levels of
strength you must invest a lot of time in the game, but I have never
felt that it is going to be impossible for me to get to that higher
level. Roleplaying and quests for various items provide a welcome
distraction from the constant training, as well, so if that does get
boring, you can be sure there will be another element for you to enjoy
until you are motivated to return to training.

All of these great points are only improved by the genuinely helpful
and caring staff. There are many muds where the wizards become distant
from the pbase, but nowhere is this less true than in this mud. Here,
all the wizards, as are the majority of the players, are helpfull,
sociable people.

I hope that you too decide to come and try out the Dragonball
Infinity experience.
