The following review is the opinion of the review's author [Cearnos]

Dragon's Exodus is not a game, it is not a MUD: it is a lifestyle.
Once you start playing, you get to know everyone so well that they
become your friends. The gameplay is very fun, and other players are
very newbie-friendly. It is hard to find any other MUD to go to after
you've played Dragon's Exodus, as nothing will be as unique and
well-made as 'DE.'
Fortunately, unlike some games, it has a set of players that play
alot, so you actually get to know people, unlike some MUDs where the
'wholist' is about 40000-50000 lines long, and you never get to know
people. There are many rooms, so your venturing will never be boring.
Unfortunately, most people don't group with others, so it will be
hard to find a group if you are interested in hunting with multiple
people. This is just a very minor scratch in the game though, as this
is probably the ONLY disadvantage in the game.
If you want a game that you can play every so often, this game is NOT
for you. But if you are looking for an addicting MUD that is a great
game, and will satisfy your MUDding needs, you MUST play Dragon's
Exodus.
There are few things that I would like to change within the game that
just might be done within the next few months. What I would like to
see is the ability to earn ranks within the cities that the player is
a member of. We already have player-owned houses, player-owned shops
(though I have to admit that there are not many of them. cheap people.
Making me do all the work. *sigh*). Over all I would say that playing
this game is quite enjoyable and fun.
And to all you naysayers...Burn in the bottomless pits of heck! Heck
I say!
