Short and sweet....no concept of helpfiles. Aparently the only help 
is IC help...which is quite rude. The website is in character as well.
No help there. No help anywhere. I am seriously at a loss for words. 
I have never even encoutered something so...insane in my life.

Um..

Type @newbie, almost everything is in that menu.

Not only can you type @newbie for basic commands.  There are detailed
helpfiles on almost every single command you will ever type in game.

As for the IC help being quite rude, this is a cyberpunk game.  Mostly,
characters are only going to help you if they see something in it for
themselves.  If it were otherwise, it wouldn't really be a CP game.
The game is not for the faint of heart, or anyone who takes In Character
actions personally.
