The Liberty Island incident changed a lot of things. The public is
more aware of mutants than ever, and there's even more coverage of
the subject of the emergence of mutants as a new race of humanity.

 Some people react with curiosity, compassion, wanting to understand
and accept those among them who may be a little different. But like
the generations of history before now, there are even more people who
just can not, and will not, accept those who are different more 
easily. 

 Magneto is currently still in prison, Rogue is still at Xavier's
School for Gifted Youngsters, the X-men are still fighting the good
fight awhile the Brotherhood tries to regroup from losing their
leader.

 Taking place several months after the end of X1, the game will be
implementing plots and ideas from the later movies, while not
following the same arcs, allowing for more freedom and development
of characters. 

 FCs and OCs are both welcome, with several of the more prominent
FCs still available. Other Marvel characters available.
