The Sixth Cycle of Rage of Vengeance has started April 2009!

Rage of Vengeance is a playerkill mud, giving players the
choice to either play good- or evil-aligned in the eternal
struggle between good and evil. Good and evil each has
its own homelands, located on opposite sides of the map.
Players are encouraged to get some levels and go out to
seek the enemy and try to kill them. 

 Some other features:
 - Barbarian, Thief, Assassin, Sorcerer, Battlemage, Druid, Vampire, 
   Paladin, Astra, Dark Knight, Healer classes,
 - Very easy leveling for the first 35 levels,
 - Up to 90 mortal levels,
 - Quests, bounties and chores to be done when pk-action is low,
 - Smart 'robot'-players to kill for pleasure and PK-practice,
 - Hireable henchmen to help you out,
 - A 'location' command to show your surroundings and a 'travel'
   command to help you find your way,
 - Our own code base (Ragemud, 99 percent modified SMAUG; much
   resemblance with the Emlen code now),
 - 140+ spells and 50+ skills,
 - An Annual Playerwipe (Cycles) to give new(er) players a chance to
   start even with the rest and for experienced players to try
   something different, and
 - Alltime statistics of the cycles on the website to make it all
   worthwile.
