Tex-MUX is a Changeling: the Lost and Second Sight game set in Austin, Texas with a focus on its rich urban legends as a backdrop. Austin is a bastion of weird in a sea of Bible Belt conservatism, so Psychics and thaumaturges find it a little easier to live here than in many other parts of the state or region. However, that doesn't translate into universal acceptance. From self-appointed witch hunters to fellow psychics and thaumaturges, plenty of threats are waiting for the unwatchful. The True Fae sometimes take an interest in them, and ghosts and spirits desire to use the gifted to fulfill their own strange and often dangerous purposes. In a city so big, many long-time citizens meet one another for the very first time every day. The one freehold that has made itself known in downtown wonders just how many Changelings there really are, and worries about their single trod. Having one road means sharing with friends, foes, and strangers who you may be better to never trust. On the other hand, the Lords and Ladies have few inroads into the city limits. Maybe only one road is quite enough. After all, the city of Austin has something of a high uh, return rate, lately. There are Privateers in Austin, looking for "weak" targets and escapees, and they're smart, secretive, and very, very patient. Stop by at 69.160.80.92:9001 (texmux.mmlx.us port 9001!)!
