And indeed that is just what is the current situation. As the
students return to Hogwarts, there are whispers on the wind about the
possible return of the Dark Lord Voldemort. Whispers that are ignored
by most, including the Ministry of Magic. Minister Cornelius Fudge
has stated in public broadcasts on the Wizard Wireless Networks, that
"Mister Potter's claims that He Who Shall Not Be Named is close to
returning are nothing more than the creative imagination of a child
desperately seeking attention. We should instead be be focusing our
efforts on the apprehension of escaped murderer Sirius Black."

With Sirius Black still at large, and the rumors of the possible
return of Voldemort, it seems the wizarding world stands on the event
horizon of the start of dark times. But, only time will tell.
