Los Angeles. Land of sun, palm trees, and smog. Its glittering surface
promises opportunity, productivity, and perhaps even glamour and fame.
A place where the rich, the poor, the old, the young, and all those in
between live out their lives in the great rat race. 

Claw your way past the glitter though, and Los Angeles is another city
entirely. For it harbors a darker side a side. A side filled with the 
promise of violence, of blood, of things spoken of only in tales of 
horror. 

There are those who make it their mission to protect the unfortunates,
but just as there are guardians, there are also adversaries. It's a 
constant struggle to stay one step ahead of the opposition, and the 
stakes are high. So high that the entirety of humanity will be 
affected if good men fail. 

Welcome to the City of Angels. 

Angel City MUSH is set in 2001 Los Angeles, just after the finales of 
Angel Season 2 and Buffy Season 5. Angel and the gang returned from 
the dimension of Pylea as heroes, having rescued Cordelia and Fred. 
But their victory is diminished by the sorrowful news brought to them 
by Willow: Buffy has died, having sacrificed herself to prevent the 
destruction of the world. 

And with the world saved, it would seem that everything would go back
to normal, right? Think again. Demons, vampires, along with other 
monsters and beings of power continue to roam the city. The monolith 
law firm of Wolfram and Hart continues its nefarious pursuits. The 
apocalypse has only been delayed.
