War Master

The War Master earns his/her title in a battle arena.
The War Master may keep his/her title as long as they
can always best all members in their clan.

The War Master may defend his/her title more often, but
must accept a challenge at least within a week of it
being offered.

War Masters may perform the following commands: Call,
Declare, Banish.
