Hi People,
Blood Calls Blood is a Dystopia 2 derived pk mud based on the works of Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series.
I'm tired of building, after years of doing so on another WoT mud. I want to focus entirely on coding something awesome and enjoyable. I need 2-4 people who either have:
- Some (or lots) of building experience. - Knowledge of the WoT series (like you've read the series, preferably more then once)
Both would be great, in a perfect world. Neither isn't going to help much. I am willing to teach people who know the books but not the OLC.
Unfortunately, most of the mud is stock areas. I will either pull them or give the builders the option to redo them (haven't decided yet, up to the builders). I am not looking to build a whole Randland overnight; so you won't be asked to work yourself to death (but if you want to that's cool with me).
The code itself will be ready for some ptesting in about a month. If I can get a few decent areas in, I'd like to beta by the end of Dec. or early Jan.
If you're interested or have questions, send me an email with a little bit about your experience, or stop on the mud and leave me a note.
Thanks, and I hope to see you soon.

I'm now looking for some people that are WoT knowledgeable to join the staff.
Ideally, I'd like 2-3 more builders - experience is not required with olc. Wheel of Time knowledge is. I will take the time to teach anyone who wants to learn.
I'm also looking for a quest builder. This is going to be a more intense position then just straight building, you will be working directly with me on the questing system as well as building things for the actual quests.
Finally, I could use a an admin. I don't want to go into a full list of requirements/expectations here, but basically I need someone who is willing to work as sort of a co-implementor with me on a lot of things.
As above, just send me an email or pop on the mud and if I'm not there leave me a note with a way to contact you. I spend at least 4-6 hours a day there, usually more.
Thanks again and I hope to see some of you soon.
