I need a coder who can use unix system and help program in powers. has to be able to commit time to this project.

Cries of Redemption was thought of when I played on Apocalypse, some 7 years ago, at that time I had never played Advanced Dungeons and Dragons. When I did play it I was lost because most of the powers you had playing the table top game was nothing like the powers I had played on the MUD. I had always wanted to play a mud that had all the powers and that also incorporated role-playing at its best. This is what made me want to learn to code. I doing pretty well but am looking for a strong coder who can catch the errors I make and possibly code in the class of Demon the fallen with all the 8 houses with innate powers and abilities that all the house will get then code the powers that each house has.

The theme for the mud would come from all the immortal staff not just me. I chose the name because of the demon -> angel conflict and the vampire fight to survive the sun and the peace keepers of the werewolf and mages fight to find enlightenment. The mages are coded so that they will can also be upfront fighters not just spell casters with spheres, runes and I want to separate the powers between the traditions.

I want to take Godwars to a new level of enlightenment than it has ever been before.

The areas on the mud are to be built around large cities, small towns, castle and semi-based around the elder scrolls concept.
