Hello Everyone,

I am looking to start a mud here in January, however i wish to start advertising now to assemble a staff before we even lay the pipes and foundation. First off what i will be looking for is a coder that has freetime but does not have to be logged in 24/7. Since this will start as a small project, i do not need a huge group of people just people that wish to have fun developing a game.

What i need from a coder is this:

Suggested code, I.E:

Which will be the easiest codebase wise to modify and make our own. What codes do you have experience with and are confident with? And are you willing to work for a steady dose of immaturity and terrible jokes? As you can see i am not making this a huge priority to get it open next month, i just want to get a coder first and go from there.

I will post for builders once the code is selected and established. Thanks for your time and patience with my terrible typing skills.

I'm going to turn this vague post around back at you and ask some questions.

What exactly do you bring to the table in this small project?

Do you code? Build? If so, how much?

Do you have a sever already? Is it in your room?

Do you have any experience or preference towards one codebase over another?

What theme/genre/etc do you want this mud to be?

I can code a little, but only in Basic and Python. I am willing to learn to code, but I am able to do other things. E-mail me if you want to talk more.
