Dragonball - Path Of Destiny

   Dragonball:Path of Destiny  is a Circle Codebase unlike most
 Dragonball Z muds. It does not increase PL gradually but by a boost
 system which is based off of 3 stats. Constitution, Intelligence,
 and Wisdom. Each stat increases the amount of Power, Ki, and
 Learning Points you get per boost.
  
    Skills are learned by the learn command instead of the practice
  command. The way this works is you only have to learn a skill once
  for it to be 100% but how often it suceeds depends on your Ki
  Skill, Upper Body Skill or Lower Body Skill. Both UBS and LBS are
  entwined together so if you raise 1 in UBS you will lower 1 in LBS.
