installing zmud/cmud in a linux environment
« on: May 05, 2018, 12:39 AM »
Anyone ever tried to install ZMUD or CMUD in a Linux environment?  Does it require an emulator?  I'm completely ignorant of Linux so if I use the wrong term or say something incorrect just ignore me. :)

I never actually tried using CMUD in Linux but I would guess that you need Wine (https://www.winehq.org/) at the very least, considering that cMUD and ZMUD are only compatible with Windows. Wine is a compatibility layer that will run many Windows programs on Linux, so it's worth a try.
